I/We hereby agree to sponsor the FibreCONEXT2020 Conference, which is scheduled to take place on 23 – 27 November 2020 on a virtual platform. I/We acknowledge that I have taken time to look at the virtual floorplan and agree that booths are allocated on a first come first serve basis according to sponsorship level. Once I/We have signed up the conference organisers will contact me and provide me with an opportunity to select a stand. I/We understand and agree that by this application I/we agree to abide fully and unreservedly with the requests from the producers to ensure that information is received in line with agreed deadlines. I/We agree to submit all information as requested by the production team in a timely manner and in adherence with the set deadlines in order for the digital rendering to be completed. I/We agree to pay the stipulated rates as follows: Upon submission of this form a Tax Invoice for the full amount will be issued by the Organizer. 100 % of the total fees are due within 14 days from receipt of invoice. All rates quoted are in South African Rands (ZAR). International sponsors will be invoiced at the applicate ROE (rate of exchange) on the date of sponsorship application received. Rates quoted exclude 15 % South African Value Added Tax. Timely payment of the total Fees is a precondition for the company’s participation in the virtual event, and for provision by the Organizers of any and all associated rights and benefits.
