  • Visitors can also find and access sponsors via manual links from a drop-down menu on the website.
  • Exhibitors can display their video call buttons and links to their websites to manage their leads.
  • Alternatively each sponsor has a generic capture form on their stand which will go directly to the Sponsor at the end of each day.
  • Each stand will have active links (powered by your preferred collaboration platform such as Zoom/Teams/Meet, etc) which can be accessed by visitors.
  • The link must be an active link for the duration of the event.
  • Sponsors may block out a single call in their diaries and should not have multiple codes for the various days.
  • The link will be displayed on the exhibition stand allowing delegates to connect with the stand representatives.
  • Exhibitors are STRONGLY encouraged to ensure that there is a person available to engage with visitors for the duration of the event.
  • Virtual events are accessed via a website where visitors enter onto the event floor.
  • The CONEXT event is a 3D platform and visitors walk through the exhibition stands as if they were at a physical event. Stands are different sizes and contain different content depending on the sponsor level, just as a physical event. Visitors can enter a stand on the exhibition floor and click on the content to download information, watch product videos or engage with the sponsor.
  • Hall’s A and B are designed to ease movement and to ensure visitors do not lose orientation, and it also houses the different sponsors.
  • This is done solely for technical purposes which will helps the producers to effectively design the 3D experience in the best possible way.
  • Sponsorship must reach the Council no later than 30th October 2020 in order to finalise 3D designs and rendering.

  • Users would first need to register and login to submit artwork, links and videos that will eventually be populated on the 3D exhibition and other channels.
  • All stand packages are predefined 3D layouts to choose from.
  • Sponsors will have a list of content that will be required for the chosen tier from titanium to bronze.
  • Sponsors will have the opportunity to customise the panel artwork and submit links and videos.
  • Booths are designed with standard furniture in the same tier category and is dependent on the style of the stand.
